Each Monthly Module contains:

✨ 2 full paintings using different subjects and techniques.

Each painting is a fully demonstrated video with Rae explaining her approaches from start to finish. She teaches you all the skills and techniques you will need to navigate the works. 

 You have the option of watching in your own time, and painting along as she paints, or watch the complete lesson and then replay the video, stopping and continuing as you go. This  allows you to paint along in intervals and at your own pace. The choice is yours and you can watch the tutorials as many times as you like. 

Each painting lesson is composed to allow you to learn and practice different techniques and skill sets and includes a reference package with any required photo's and sources needed to paint along. 

Rae encourages you to experiment fearlessly with some of the unique, approaches and techniques she uses in her own works. (and of course have fun).

 As you work through each painting you can ask Rae any questions you like through the course forum. You’ll never be stuck or unclear, wishing you could get clarification again.  You can also read the answers to fellow painters' questions, often learning things you didn’t even know you needed to learn!

One of the unique and highly valuable components of Splash 3! is Rae’s live critique sessions which she does with her current students in real time. 

Each month you will post your homework onto the Splash 3 Facebook group. Rae will then select a group of paintings to critique on Zoom basing her choices on what paintings/problems might best represent the whole group.

 Using examples of the works submitted Rae conducts a live critique and conversation with the membership. This is conducted on Zoom where ALL students can benefit and interact..
